I am currently a PhD. candidate in the Department of Political Science, at Binghamton University (SUNY). I expect to graduate in 2011.

My specialization is in the fields of International Relations and Comparative politics and my research primarily concentrates on the intersection of the two subfields. Specifically, my current research efforts are focused on studying the effects of domestic decision-making structures and processes on interstate crisis bargaining.

My broader research agenda is oriented towards theoretically and empirically examining the effects of ex-ante unobservable variables and parameters on strategic interactions among political entities, and on the outcomes of such interactions. In particular, I am interested in using controlled laboratory experiments to test hypotheses of strategic behavior and interaction.
